Individual therapy is a powerful practice of self-discovery and personal growth. It offers a space to challenge yourself, shed patterns that no longer serve you, and live more fully and intentionally. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the complexities of relationships, as well as those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and addiction—challenges that often overlap and shape how we move through life.

At its core, my work is about helping you get to know yourself more deeply. This includes not only your thoughts and beliefs, but also the embodied ways you respond to life. You are constantly evolving—my role is to support you in taking an active role in how you grow and who you’re becoming. Psychotherapy provides space to shift old narratives, try on new behaviors, and step into a more aligned version of yourself.

My approach is somatic, relational, and engaging. Therapy with me is a dynamic process where we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
